Malcom Homes is a highly professional company, comparable to fine aged wine. Paul Douglas and his team are exceptional professionals who are respectful, punctual, and budget-conscious. It was a pleasure to work with them. Paul and his crew pay great attention to detail at every stage of the house build, ensuring that even the smallest aspects are not overlooked. Our custom-designed house was built with tremendous passion and care. Importantly, since we did not want subtrades from other cities, Paul Douglas has an excellent local team that completed the project from start to finish in every area of construction. Paul and his team stepped in to the mess of a failed start on my retirement home build. Picking up the pieces and starting work in a very short timeframe in the fall, Malcolm Homes jumped into sorting out the chaos around the existing TNRD permitting, and ensuring the build was completed to lockup before the weather became an issue. The crews and trades that were on site through the course of the build were all courteous and professional from start to finish. Our completed home was exactly as we had envisioned and I would happily recommend Malcolm Homes to anyone.
