We purchased a Kendall home in July 2025. We have had a few warranty issues and I want to commend Mr. Trace Jeter(Superintendent). His attention to detail and prompt response is greatly appreciated. He took the time to follow up with us on all the repair issues we’ve had. He’s always respectful of our concerns and takes the time to explain how any repairs are done. Mr. Jeter in our opinion is a great asset to Kendall Homes.

Hidden previous termites non active, low quality workmanship. Owners who don’t care unless you do a google review and even then only get response on google. Once you do an honest negative google review their employees and Kendall Homes stop answering or replying to anything about your new home. Do your research, by all means get an inspection done and pest inspection because once you sign they could care less about you. They let anyone build for them and you can tell. Simply type in Kendall Homes complaints and you’ll find out really quick the real truth about this company. I just wish I would have. Ashley was great in Encino Estates, Russ the builder in Encino estates is nothing to brag about and his quality control is a joke. Future of River Ranch coming soon. This company at one point might have been a good builder but that time is not anymore. Good luck in your home journey! Learn from my mistakes.

As a first-time homebuyer, the process seemed overwhelming at first — but working with Kendall and Cassandra made everything so much smoother than I ever expected. From the very beginning, Cassandra was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. She walked me through every step with kindness and confidence, always taking the time to explain things clearly and answer all my questions.

Kendall’s team made me feel like more than just a client — they truly cared about helping me find the right home, not just a home. Cassandra especially went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and empowered throughout the journey.

From start to finish, working with Kendell Homes was a fantastic experience — and a big part of that was thanks to Daniel. He was professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. No matter how many questions we had (and we had a lot!), Daniel was always quick to respond, clear in his explanations, and incredibly kind in every interaction.

Building a home can feel overwhelming at times, but Daniel made the process smooth and even enjoyable. He kept us updated, stayed on top of everything, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our home. His attention to detail and dedication didn’t go unnoticed.
