When we first walked into the D.R. Horton office, Jim Purvis welcomed us and showed us around the community. He showed us houses that were in our budget range and didn’t push us to look at more expensive houses which we really appreciated since we already knew how much we wanted to spend. He also showed us around the community and informed us about all of the benefits as Sunterra residents. Our experience at buying a home was great and easy because of him. If you are looking for a home built by D.R. Horton at Sunterra in Katy I highly recommend you ask for Jim Purvis to show you around the community!
