1 year old home. Leaking roof, check. Multiple leaking windows, check. Feel like you live in a county fair fun house because of all the un-square framing, check. Spent almost half a million dollars and we expected more. They ask you to do a customer survey and when you air out all concerns they never even bother to reach out. Look elsewhere, tilson is in decline.Edit: notice how they won't even acknowledge this review.
A terrible experience from start to finish. I can't say enough bad stuff about Tilson. This is not the same company it once was.
I went to talk to Tilson about building a house. I have drawings on what I wanted. They said that they would look at the drawings and try to find one of their plans that was close. I said I wanted to use what I had. He said he couldn't, so I told him bye and i left.I thought they built a custome house but you have to use their plan. I want be back.
My husband and I were so pleased with the care that we received from Curtis Bradford. He went above and beyond to make our initial meeting with Tilson exceptional. He was kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. He is amazing at what he does and we deeply appreciate the time that he spent to make our experience memorable.
We had Tilson build a house on our property and they delivered on time, in budget. There were many options and the team there made it easy to get what we wanted. Thank you, Tilson. We're loving our new house.
