Love our home but wouldn’t do it again in this neighborhood. $300+ water bills the norm, being in ETJ means no one in Kyle is accountable for our votes, median home price not where they should be (closer to that of Plum Creek than 6 Creeks), stray dogs running rampant, pathways and common areas can be full of dog poop, common landscaping sub standard, “amenity center” frequently damaged, the pool will be under repairs when you most want to use it, and the HOA in ineffective for those of us care about our investment.

This is what you can expect from Pacesetter home builds in Crosswinds. We had mold start to develop in our A/C system. It started with high humidity in our bathroom and kitchen vent fans. It shorted out the microwave and caused mold behind our kitchen cabinets. They told us condensation was due to heavy rain and replaced our outside vent covers during our warranty timeframe. Now that the issue continues, we had an HVAC inspection and they installed the wrong A/C system in our home that has been the cause of the humidity and condensation the entire time. The builder and warranty company covered up the issues and even Woods A/C lied about problems. Our issues are ongoing but I want to warn future potential buyers to beware of pacesetter and hire their party inspections of your home during the entire build process.
