Reviews
What customers say
Homeowner feedback is mixed: two reviewers expressed satisfaction with their Lennar homes, with praise for a smooth buying process and the local sales and customer-service team. Reports also raised an unresolved backyard concrete problem that puddled in rain and concerns about a difficult construction and closing process, including a reviewer’s account that neighbours found warranty repairs hard to pursue.

All good but the backyard concerte was uneven and now it puddles in the rain. Lennar couldnt do anything about it. Supposedly.

We love our Lennar home! The buying process was smooth, we used Lennar mortgage and didn’t have any issues. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and very family friendly.

Gwynne Farms and Lennar is a nightmare to deal with. Their homes are pretty, but the company is very difficult and wants to skirt corners as much as possible. They are not concerned about quality and customer service. They want to do what's cheap and easy. You'll get a nice looking home but a horrible construction and closing process. Most neighbors say the warranty department is also difficult to work with to get repairs done.
