We love our Lennar home! The buying process was smooth, we used Lennar mortgage and didn’t have any issues. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and very family friendly.
Gwynne Farms and Lennar is a nightmare to deal with. Their homes are pretty, but the company is very difficult and wants to skirt corners as much as possible. They are not concerned about quality and customer service. They want to do what's cheap and easy. You'll get a nice looking home but a horrible construction and closing process. Most neighbors say the warranty department is also difficult to work with to get repairs done.
Very satisfied and happy with our Lennar home. From sales to customer service, the team at this location is amazing.
