The level of craftsmanship, top notch tradesmen they use, level of professionalism is what you will get when doing business with Hickman Homes and they delivered. When Hunter Hickman builds your house, he will give your house the attention needed as if it was his own home being built. They have an office of professionals (Jessica is awesome) that will give you their undivided attention to help you through the process making is as seamless and stress free as possible. Very displeased with the contractors that they hire that built our house. First it was the granite was cut wrong. About a year later the roof was leaking. Now we have a hole in the ceiling right where the leak was. Finally, the stair railing fell off the wall going up the stairs. it seems that it was not put into the studs. it was being held to the wall with anchors. Wouldn't think that was up to code
We had the privilege to have Hickman's home build our house. It was our first time building,and it was in the middle of the Pandemic, but the whole process was very easy with them despite all the challenges of that time! From beginning to finish we were guided through out all steps, which made things very comfortable for us. A special shout out to Hunter Kickman, who was always available and helped us with everything we needed. Look no further. I highly recommend Hickman's home.
Hunter Hickman helped us craft an excellent model home plan. Everyone at the office was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Hunter and Mike were quick to provide any alterations we suggested as well as give their professional advice on design and best choices.They went out of their way to help the design meet our strict budget, while providing us with a beautiful home plan that we love.I will absolutely be working with Hunter and Mike for any future projects.
We have bought 2 homes from Hickman Homes and could not be happier with our purchases. Mike built our second home in the same neighborhood where he lives. Not only is he an awesome builder, but he is also an awesome person. On July 4, 2017 at 7 AM a large oak tree fell in our yard completely blocking our driveway. Mike ,without us asking and as a favor, came and with chainsaw in hand cleared the entire top portion of the tree to unblock our driveway by 10 AM.
