The highland homes builder messed up my A/C before I moved in. I the home owner was the one to identify the mistake. Highland homes made a quick bandage fix which led to more issues. After 1 year of little to no communication highland homes changed their mind on helping with their mistakes. I'm left with a 20 thousand dollar fix out of pocket because warranty and insurance will not cover highland homes mistakes.

We never felt rushed or pressured throughout the entire process. Their approach made purchasing a home far less stressful compared to experiences with other builders. We recommend Highland Home to anyone looking for a team that truly cares, prioritizes customer satisfaction and creates a positive atmosphere. What could have been a stressful experience turned into something exciting and positive thanks to their professionalism and support. Its approaching the 1st year now, Warrant Dept is responsive & correct any issues of concern. HOA process of communication is email which can be daunting if you’re seeking a quick response.

As a first time homeowner, it was a smart idea to team up with Highland Homes. A year later I can stand behind that statement and more. The purchasing process was smooth and communication was solid from the lender to the construction manager. My family has made so many memories in our Highland Home. We have not had a single issue with our home. I would recommend any first time homeowner, to put their trust in Highland.
I will never purchase a highland home ever again and I will not recommend them to anyone! We have been in our home for 2 years and the flooring is starting to come up. We also had a leak by our shower door and had them come out to fix it the first year of warranty but guess what they didn’t fix it so now we have drywall that is damaged from the leak that is still there. They did not install our lights correctly so they keep falling. The front door handle I had to replace because one day when I went to open the door, it all fell off. Our kitchen cabinet doors keep falling off so we have to tighten the screws every month. I called warranty and was told there was nothing they can do! This house was cheaply, made!
