The highland homes builder messed up my A/C before I moved in. I the home owner was the one to identify the mistake. Highland homes made a quick bandage fix which led to more issues. After 1 year of little to no communication highland homes changed their mind on helping with their mistakes. I'm left with a 20 thousand dollar fix out of pocket because warranty and insurance will not cover highland homes mistakes.

We had excellent experience working with Highland Homes, the Sales Staff were friendly and dedicated, took the time to understand what our specific needs and preferences. We never felt rushed or pressured throughout the entire process. Their approach made purchasing a home far less stressful compared to experiences with other builders. We recommend Highland Home to anyone looking for a team that truly cares, prioritizes customer satisfaction and creates a positive atmosphere. What could have been a stressful experience turned into something exciting and positive thanks to their professionalism and support. Its approaching the 1st year now, Warrant Dept is responsive & correct any issues of concern. HOA process of communication is email which can be daunting if you’re seeking a quick response.
