We have lived in Lakeside Preserve for nearly 7 months now and couldn’t be happier. We were long distant buyers, living in NY while our home was being built. Gene Kucher was amazing in walking us through the process. He was in constant communication with us with regular updates. Gene walked us through the entire process answering my dozens of questions with patience and professionalism. He continues to be a friendly face around the community and will always stop to greet you. Beyond that, Lakeside Preserve is the perfect location, just minutes from everything you need but removed enough from the busyness of the city to feel tranquil. As brand new Florida residents we have easy access to shopping and quality healthcare. And the quality of our home is second to none. I researched virtually every builder in central Florida and Highland Homes always came out on top.

I can’t say enough about the experience we’ve had with Gene and the Highland Homes team. Professionalism, flexibility and clearly a quality built home.

This was going to be a very tricky move for us in terms of timing. Working with Gene and Ralph through the process has been top notch. They did what they said which is hard to find these days. I don’t want to leave Luis out either, he was helpful at the final walk through.

This is not our first home but we do intend for it to be our last. Thank you to the entire Highland Homes Team! Mike and Shari Lucas.
