DR Horton and Lennar which were more budget friendly, but the quality didn’t feel as well done. Highland homes almost had us, but the pricing was confusing and felt sneaky. M/I was transparent from the beginning and the neighborhood feels well thought out.

He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process.
