Reviews mention convenient proximity to the Sheridan light-rail station and an overall modern look. Some buyers highlight smooth sales experiences and helpful staff. Others raise concerns about construction quality and comfort issues such as noise and temperature balance. Feedback suggests experiences vary by unit and expectations.
I rented a unit here and it was the worst place I have ever lived. These homes are so poorly built and disguised to look nice. The windows are practically nonexistent as noise seeps in very loudly and the sun will have the south facing rooms steaming hot. Good luck getting the air to reach the third floor bedrooms to adjust temps, there’s no airflow. Closets are awkwardly long but narrow so you can’t reach the back. Garages barely fit 1 car and street parking is impossible because of the apartments next door. Packages WILL get stolen regularly since thieves patrol the neighborhood. Postman left mailboxes open several times in the last few months. Houseless folks have squatted in a home for sale behind the neighborhood and the area behind the homes, next to the light rail has become a large encampment since we left. Even before that, I never felt safe walking my dog around the block at night — steer clear of this neighborhood.
This place was okay the hash browns were awesome but the toast was still before they toasted it. Some places think you're not going to be aware of that duh
Great experience working with the staff to close the deal. Excellent location and awesome houses!Looking forwards to living here for a while.
I have visited their model home. Spacious townhouses really close to the train.
Questionable quality for the price.
