The entire Veloz Team, from inception to completion was nothing more than the best professional, competent, knowledgeable home builder we spoke to. Owning one of their homes has always been a dream of ours. We bought our first Veloz home back in 2011, and enjoyed it so much we decided to expand and build a larger home with Veloz again! The house was absolutely beautiful!!! The attention to detail and the hustle that these guys went through to finish the house so we could be in before the end of the year was impeccable!!! I used this builder 4 years ago on a smaller home and was really impressed by their quality. There have been little to no problems with my first house with Velloz. My 2nd house is a lot bigger of a home and it was still a very good experience. The only thing I would warn buyers of is to pay attention to the plans at the pre construction meeting. Some items you may think are standard may not be. I caught a couple things such as arches in certain areas of the house and cans lights over the tubs. Overall a great builder.
Building our home with Veloz was the best decision. We enjoyed considering their various floor plans then adding our own customizations. The options were truly endless, but the Veloz Team navigated us thoughout the entire process making it super easy! Jason was great at explaining the pros and cons of each option. Aaron and Charles did amazing with all the paperwork to assure everything we wanted was reflected accurately. Best of all, Timmy was available from the very first day and continues to be! He answered all our questions and always encouraged us to reach out at any time. The beautiful home built with quality is secondary to their incredible customer service.
Had our house built by Veloz and we moved in about a couple of months ago. Our house is 2350 square feet and our first electricity bill (mind you this is for a whole month, not a partial) was $57. Our old house which is 1400 sq ft we'd be looking at minimum $90 around this time of year. Houses are built to a higher standard with a much better insulation system and they allow for a lot of customization so we built the house the way we wanted. We tried desert view and one other builder in town but the houses were pretty cookie cutter and didn't allow for much customizing. We're VERY happy with veloz and if we ever build again we'll go with them again
