From our very first phone call to the completion of our new home, the West Mesa Builders team made us feel like VIP clients with every interaction. We received photos and updates on the construction of our home throughout the build process. Any questions we had were promptly answered. There are many builders who promise, but our family was so very fortunate to have selected a design/build team that delivers on their commitments. We asked for many adjustments in the use of space, handicap features, added electrical, lighting and many other details just for us - all accommodated by West Mesa Builders without objection. Karen Pofahl assisted in advising and designing/creating our home in more ways than I can list. We knew just what we wanted, and Karen integrated all of it into a great design that is immensely functional.

Construction during the first years of the pandemic was exceptionally challenging, but with Bob Pofahl's ingenuity and oversight, along with his hand-picked subcontractors we have a home that will last. It has quality construction features and finishes that we greatly appreciate. So many builders take shortcuts due to today's challenges with materials and craftsmen. Bob simply works hard to overcome these challenges that less experienced builders cannot master.

We purposefully waited to complete our review. After a few years our appreciation for the commitment, professional performance and integrity of the fine people West Mesa Builders has only grown.

Thanks to Bob and Karen Pofahl, our family is in a safe, beautiful community, enjoying life in our exceptional home with carefree operations and great functionality. This is a real contribution to our loving God's answer to our prayers.

I absolutely love my new adobe style home and enjoy it immensely. Thank you, Bob and Karen. I am very grateful to have discovered this development and project plan. They used an excellent planner and what particularly appealed to me were the long-term measures to preserve the views and land features. Would I do business again with Karen and Bob? Yes, I would. They build a quality home and make themselves very available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I found them very personable, trustworthy, and you can count on them following through on their promises. Besides seeing their quality homes, what really sold me on Bob was his personal self-sacrifice and genuine interest and concern that I find a quality home that best fit me with the assurance of having no second thoughts in my decision. To back that up, he had his associate realtor show me many other options outside of their holdings who took lots of time of showing me various other homes and properties in the area. During that time and subsequent closing, I found their realtor attuned to my needs and fulfillment thereof and demonstrated considerable knowledge of the market, real estate brokering and history of the area. As you can see, I chose the Willows and what is really neat all of us have become friends to which I am very grateful to have in my life.
