Not a great experience. They advertise $36K in incentives, but all of it is directed toward buying down points — and even then, the rate doesn’t come close to current market rates. Their preferred lenders make it seem like you’re getting the best deal, but you’re really not.
The agents themselves are very nice, but unfortunately they can’t work with you unless you choose one of their preferred lenders. Disappointing, but true.
