Today I had meeting with Raif Treadwell, a construction manager at Stanley Martin home. Raif was Rude and unprofessional during entire meeting. He was visibly irritated when I asked for clarification on certain details, and his responses were short and dismissive. It was clear he had no patience for questions, and his overall attitude made the meeting feel uncomfortable. A little professionalism and courtesy go a long way, especially when you’re working with clients who are investing a lot of money. I left the meeting feeling frustrated and disrespected, which is not how a client should feel.

I recently assisted my client in purchasing a home in this community, and the experience was exceptional. Will demonstrated outstanding professionalism, providing clear and detailed explanations throughout the process with remarkable patience and expertise. My client very satisfied with their purchase, especially 10-foot ceilings on the first floor, the ample natural light, and the thoughtfully designed layout.Good quality .
