We had a great home buying experience with Will and Halle!

Today I had meeting with Raif Treadwell, a construction manager at Stanley Martin home. Raif was Rude and unprofessional during entire meeting. He was visibly irritated when I asked for clarification on certain details, and his responses were short and dismissive. It was clear he had no patience for questions, and his overall attitude made the meeting feel uncomfortable. A little professionalism and courtesy go a long way, especially when you’re working with clients who are investing a lot of money. I left the meeting feeling frustrated and disrespected, which is not how a client should feel.

I recently assisted my client in purchasing a home in this community, and the experience was exceptional. Will demonstrated outstanding professionalism, providing clear and detailed explanations throughout the process with remarkable patience and expertise. My client very satisfied with their purchase, especially 10-foot ceilings on the first floor, the ample natural light, and the thoughtfully designed layout.Good quality . The entire transaction was seamless and well-managed. I highly recommend both Will and this community to prospective buyers.

As a Buyer's Agent working with Will at The Beacon at Old Peachtree, I have been so impress with his level of professionalism. He is one of the BEST that I have had the privilege of working with in assisting my buyers buy a new home.

The home was purchased five months ago. A lot of corners were cut and the actual quality and care were overlooked when the home was made. The caulk in the shower is now coming off. There are gaps in the drywall and the shower that were not properly filled. There are also gaps along the stairs that weren’t filled in properly either. The panels on the kitchen floor were not properly installed and in one portion it creaks. There was a leak on the roof and it was improperly diagnosed as a plumbing error. Painters were supposed to come and take care of the water stain on our ceiling near the vent, but that has yet to happen. A portion of the drywall ceiling in the garage just disintegrated and was patched up. However, no painters have yet to come to paint the repaired area. Sod was improperly installed and poorly maintained. There are tons of patches and gaps in between the installed sod. Much of the grass has been dying.

Communication with the building company hasn’t been great either. There have been no replies in the last week from the builder. There have been people who would try to repair something, but with no prior communication or scheduling.
