Scott was amazing and informative and there were no surprises or issues. We were able to customize everything (for less money than we anticipated, surprisingly) and our home is absolutely beautiful.
9 months in and we’re still so glad we went with Castle Creek. The warranty people are kind and responsive and everything has been super smooth.
I honestly can’t think of a single negative thing! We really loved our experience and if we ever build again we’ll for sure choose them again.

We recently finished our second new build with Castle Creek. They build a beautiful home. One of the things we loved the most is that the “upgrades” with other builders are standard for Castle Creek.
Everyone we met with (from the general contractor, electrician, plumbers) were very nice and took the time to talk through things with us. The design studio was great with tons of options!

The design center made it so easy and there were way more options than other builders offer. Rawlee is unbelievable to work with, felt like a friendship instead of a business transaction.
