Absolutely LOVE Our New Home!
I truly could not be happier! We built in their Highlands community in Grantsville, UT. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, fast, and surprisingly stress-free. Choosing a floor plan, picking colors, and selecting upgrades was all made incredibly easy thanks to their helpful and kind team.
The quality is top-notch—every appliance, the HVAC system, electrical setup, and even the internet were ready to go and worked perfectly. The internet setup, in particular, was super user-friendly and so easy to get up and running.
Before closing, we had a detailed orientation in our new home where they walked us through everything including how things work, how to maintain them, and even made sure any last little fixes were taken care of before move-in. Closing itself was a breeze.
This whole experience exceeded our expectations. I feel so grateful every time I walk through the door. I recommend UpDwell Homes to absolutely everyone looking to build—they care, they deliver, and they build beautiful homes. THANK YOU!

Building my home with Updwell Homes has been a great experience. As a first time homeowner I am very impressed with the quality of the service and the home we are in. The pricing of the home fit right in our budget and really helped my husband and I when finding how to get into our first home. Our agent kept us in the loop on updates with the home and took time helping my husband and I understand the process of building a home. During our orientation/ walk through we were given the warranty manual, and it has come into use when learning how to fix certain concerns I have found and clearly states to us if it is covered under warranty.
