We purchased a new home from Galko Homes a year and a half ago. We don't have a single negative thing to say about our experience with Galko. Carlynn was amazing to deal with, right from the start we could tell she really cared about our needs and what would be best for our family. The after purchase care has been amazing as well. Any issues we have had have been very minor, Crystal is easy to reach and handles the issues immediately. I would recommend Galko Homes to anyone looking to purchase a home.

I bought a Galko Townhouse; my possession date was lead by Crystal, it was fantastic!! I was overwhelmed by the added details and extras put in the house to celebrate my possession date!!! Crystal has been great to deal with after the fact too. Definitely recommend buying a home built by Galko, quality product, great customer service and those little extras that go along way.

If you’re looking to build a new home, Galko Homes is the company to build with. From start to finish we were treated like family to ensure that the home we got was the perfect home for our family. Marilyn and Collette were fabulous to deal with through the sales process and always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. Beyond our purchase, there was always someone checking in with us and making sure that all extras and change orders were dealt with- they really took the work and stress out of building for us. I absolutely love the design studio as well and Rebekah was great at helping us ensure we had just the selections we wanted. It was very convenient being able to order blinds directly through them as well. Pre-possession McKinley made sure we were well taken care of and Crystal was very pleasant to deal with during our walk throughs, ensuring we understood the features of our home and that things were completed. What really impressed us was the Galko welcome home. On possession date we were greeted with coffees, pastries, fruit and plenty of water to get us through the day and a “move in” ready home. There was even a bow on the front door, not to mention all bathrooms had toilet paper and soap. It is all the little things that demonstrated Galko’s dedication and commitment to us. We will definitely build with Galko in the future and highly recommend them if you’re looking to build or purchase.

My wife and I did our research and due diligence when we decided to make the decision to buy a new house last year. There were a few builders that we considered and liked but ultimately we decided to build with Galko homes (for a second time) We got bids from others and Galko was very reasonably priced, they had a lot of inclusions we wanted that other builders would not budge on and our sales person Faye, as always was fantastic to work with and put together plans to get us exactly what we wanted, we decided to put our trust in Galko for a second time and we were not disappointed! Galko does not win countless awards for nothing. Working with their whole team put us at ease and we are now proud owners of our new dream home. We will be return customers if we ever decided to build again!
