Never once did we feel pressure to go beyond the plans or outside our comfort zones. When the project was complete it was a very bittersweet moment. Not having the Halcyon team around everyday was an adjustment as this team felt like family to us. There are numerous reasons Andrew, Nick and their team have developed such an outstanding reputation, but the two biggest for me are quality and service. During a difficult transition in life, building a home with Halcyon was one of the easiest and stress free projects I've ever been a part of. While it was my first new home build, I had heard many horror stories from friends and family and I was certainly anxious about my decision. That anxiety was basically eliminated from the very first selections meeting with Andrew, Monique, and Hayley and it was smooth sailing from there on. I can't describe the level of comfort I had with them guiding me through the process...not to mention their patience with my tendencies for over analysis and particular mindset:) The communication, supported by tools such as the mobile app with the schedules and milestones easily referenced, was second to none. As the home progressed, the excitement and comfort was continued to be supported by the excellent team and group of contractors they have built. And their flexibility with some modifications as the home took shape was truly appreciated. I continue to get compliments and 'who was your builder' questions as friends and family take the tour and appreciate the quality and construction that is so apparent throughout the house! The Halcyon team sincerely helped make this transition an overwhelmingly positive experience moving into a new home not just a new house. I recently moved in my beautiful Halcyon home. I’ve owned many new homes in my lifetime but I will say that this home has surpassed the quality of all my previous ones. Right from the initial appointment to the walk through before closing was nothing to say the least of a great experience. Our family has gone through very difficult times since 2020. I was lead to move from our previous family home to embark on the process of building a new home in Talbotville.
