We would like to share our very positive experience with our basement renovations by Johnstone Homes. Connor, Scott and their team did an amazing job. The project was completed in a timely fashion and we were always kept in the loop. All the trades did quality work and completed on time.
We moved into our new home 1 week before the world shut down in March 2020. We’ve been in the home for over 5 years now and have had 2 nail pops….that’s it! We too have built several homes over our lives and this one we are loving the most! The right size, everything just ‘fit’s’ us for this time of our lives. Watching the other homes go up around us was a very unique experience. I’ve never seen a cleaner and more organized worksite! The builder and their representatives were always respectful, firm and fair. And they produce a great home! Thanks Johnstone Homes!!
Having purchased several new homes over the years we are very pleased with our new Johnstone Home. We both feel that this is the best built home that we have had thus far. The overall process from sales through to the build went smoothly and the whole team did a good job. Special thanks to the site supervisor Scott who went above and beyond in guiding us through the build process and making sure that we were happy with every detail of our new home. Connor was also very helpful and responded quickly to every concern that we had. We especially appreciated the time allotted to us with an Interior Designer to help guide us through the selections process, Mary did a great job.We did have a couple of delays with a few finishes but considering the ongoing pandemic supply chain issues that home builders have been dealing with we feel that they handled everything very well. From start to finish, this home builder has been outstanding. Their quality and attention to detail was the best I have seen, and we have built and renovated multiple homes over the years. The staff was excellent to work with and very accommodating. Also the first home builder to be on time.
