Buyers, Agents, and Lenders – Please Be Cautious.
At the Compton location, be aware that agent Larry has been known to mislead buyers in order to have them work directly with him and his preferred lender. Even if another agent brings a buyer to the property, the commission may not be honored. Buyers are often told they must cross-qualify with the preferred lender, only to later find out that the only way to secure the home is to work exclusively with Larry and his team. This creates a misleading and unfair experience for both buyers and their agents. Attempts to escalate the issue to the manager, Brian, have unfortunately proven unhelpful. Agents and buyers are strongly encouraged to proceed with caution. There are other locations that respect buyers, agents and lenders....
