They have a great team. My GC was Danelle and she was so great with communication. This was a remote project for me to be making decisions and Danelle was very accommodating and communitive with how the project was going since I could not be there on a regular basis. All workers she brought into the project were very skilled and did a great job!

It was a pleasure working with NextGen Home Builders, and we can’t recommend them enough. Daniel was our project manager throughout the entire process, and she made sure everything ran smoothly. She helped us get all the materials we wanted and ensured nothing was overlooked. Daniel was also incredibly easy to work with—always friendly, responsive, and willing to answer any of our questions. My husband and I were out of town for a week during the renovation, and Daniel made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing while we were gone. From start to finish, she was informative, walked us through each step, and even offered helpful recommendations—like our beautiful flooring! (You can see the before and after in the photos) I also had the pleasure of working with Talia in the beginning when we were still exploring our options. She was kind, patient, and took the time to address all of my concerns before we decided to move forward. NextGen was generous in helping us stay within budget, and we are truly grateful for that. They finished the project on time and quickly addressed the few minor fixes that came up afterward. We highly recommend NextGen to anyone looking to renovate their home!

Danielle, our project manager, was fantastic to work with! Having been around many projects, we consider her a true role model in project management. She took the time to assess what we wanted, made professional recommendations, created a project plan with an accurate timeline, troubleshot with their team for quick resolution, frequently dropped in to see the progress herself, helped pick our materials, and handled logistics. All this just for our modest condo main bathroom. The team made our small bathroom feel larger and modern, updated everything to proper specs, enhanced the storage areas, and stayed true to our vision. In the end, we were thrilled with the final product. We even got a couple of follow-up texts to make sure everything was still fabulous—they obviously took pride in their work as well. His transparency throughout the entire process was very impressive, and we were constantly updated on the progress of the project. Our main focus was our kitchen (see attached), but we also tackled some other projects around the house. I was very pleased with the work that was done by his team. They were very professional, meticulous, and clean. They respected our home and did not leave debris or trash behind, which was very important to us.
