I had difficulty getting approved with other banks but Revival had several lenders they worked with to find a match that accommodated my financial situation. They also recommended contractors they work close with. Ryan knows the ins and out with permits, professional and great craftsmanship. My ADU is almost complete, ahead of schedule and within budget. Having just done a renovation on my main home with another Kyle far and contractor, I can say this process with the ADU is headache free. I should have used them sooner. Thanks Revival.
