It’s been a challenge having moved into a Hartford home at Trailside. We have 1 year warranty on the home and appliances, but so may things have gone wrong, and it’s a pain to manage it. I would not do it again. I’d find a reputable builder who gets things fixed immediately. This is not the one. Super slow and vendors are below average from having to deal with electricians, HVAC and appliance people. All are non-skilled and have had several visits and still the same issues. Hopefully these issues will eventually be resolved, but it’s a pain to have to manage it, be available for appointments and deal with the lack of experienced workers that are sent over.

I haven't even had time to panic yet — she and her team are just that good, calming and overall fun to kick it with. 10/10 would start the signing process on another 30-year commitment under her supervision. She's the bee's knees...
