I worked with the team at Schroetlin to customize one of there spec homes for my clients. We found the home when it was in the dry wall stage and the Schroetlin team took care of every detail to make the home exactly what my clients were looking for. My clients hadn't moved in 30+ years and they were very satisfied with the attention to detail, communication, and professionalism that everyone involved with this home builder displayed. Mike, Jessica, Aaron, Jay, and all of their subs are some of the best in the business. I couldn't recommend anyone better to build a custom home!
We had our house built by Schroetlin Custom homes. It was our first custom home so we were inexperienced and a little nervous about the whole process. In addition, we were living out of state at the time.Mike and his team did a fantastic job for us, not only managing the construction, but also guiding us through the selections and answering all of our questions. We love our custom home that Schroetlin Homes built. The finished design and quality of work is just awesome and beautiful. We are very pleased with the outcome and detail of our home. Mike was always accessible for questions, changes and ideas and Shannon the designer was phenomenal and very supportive throughout the project. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the building process. Shannon took the time to listen to our needs and helped us with several options throughout the building process. She always went above and beyond. She came up with many changes and designs that we would not have thought of.. We would highly recommend them to build your special home.
