I’m had the pleasure of meeting with sales rep, Kate. She was knowledgeable about not only the floorplans, but the quality of the construction, to the energy efficiency of the homes. This really helped in my decision making process. I can’t recommend them enough.

I had the pleasure of working with Kate at Grand Homes South Pointe and can confidently say she is an outstanding person. From the moment we met her, Kate was extremely personable and attentive to our family's needs.
Throughout the entire home building process, including finding a plan that will fit our family’s need, Kate provided us with excellent communication and made sure we were well-informed about each step. She took the time to listen to our preferences and offered helpful advice when needed. It was clear that Kate had a deep understanding of Grand homes building process which helped us make informed decisions.
What impressed me most about Kate was her level of expertise and dedication to her clients. She went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and made us feel like we were her top priority. Her professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional.
