This is my second time coming to the model home. The first time was last Sunday and the office closed early. Today no one was in the office. My husband and I waited 30 minutes. I am NOT impressed and you just lost a sale. You lost a big sale at that. I wanted the McManus floor plan. I will take my business elsewhere, and I’ll be sure to let all of my family and friends know the experience that I’ve had.
Carla and Adam were very knowledgeable and guided me the entire way. David weekly is a top class builder with excellent standards for new construction. Would definitely recommend this community in southpointe and the builder.

I give them a star because they build in good communities. Their homes overpriced and poor quality, craftsmanship poorly design and cheap materials. My experience with them have been a nightmare, I closed on my home a year ago and I been spending money from the first week I moved in. Please research and read reviews before investing.
