Watson Branch by Normandy Homes

Wish I could give Normandy more then 5 stars from start to finish Misty, Stephanie, and Hunter effortlessly guided us thru the process. Did a fantastic job keep us updated on the home build and went the extra mile where they could. Ended up with a well made beautiful home. Would recommend normandy to any one. True world class service.

We love our new home! Stephanie and Hunter are really great, they are so kind, quick to respond, and truly make you feel like family. My son and daughter-in-law also bought a home here and we are so happy. The home feels well-built and the warranty team has been excellent. Jose from the warranty team was very responsive and even took care of a minor issue for us over the Christmas holiday. The neighborhood is nice and so convenient to all the stores and the highway.

We had a fantastic experience working with our builder! The quality of the home exceeds many other builder in the area. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Misty, our sales agent, kept in frequent contact throughout the process and always made sure we were in the loop. Her communication was excellent and helped make everything feel smooth and stress-free. Hunter, our construction manager, was equally impressive—he went above and beyond to meet our requests and was always quick to address any concerns we had. It was clear he truly cared about the quality of the home and our satisfaction. Overall, it was a pleasure working with both Misty and Hunter. We’re so happy with our new home and grateful for their support along the way!
