We love our new home! Stephanie and Hunter are really great, they are so kind, quick to respond, and truly make you feel like family. My son and daughter-in-law also bought a home here and we are so happy. The home feels well-built and the warranty team has been excellent. Jose from the warranty team was very responsive and even took care of a minor issue for us over the Christmas holiday. The neighborhood is nice and so convenient to all the stores and the highway.

Even after we moved in, he remained responsive and helpful—explaining how everything worked and making sure any final touch-ups were handled. He also went out of his way to keep me updated on the construction of the house next door, since I was having a pool installed and needed to coordinate completion before the neighboring home was wrapped up. His professionalism and steady communication made the entire process much easier.We truly appreciate the entire Normandy team and couldn’t be happier with our new home!
