My son and daughter-in-law also bought a home here and we are so happy. The home feels well-built and the warranty team has been excellent. Jose from the warranty team was very responsive and even took care of a minor issue for us over the Christmas holiday. The neighborhood is nice and so convenient to all the stores and the highway.

We had a fantastic experience working with our builder! The quality of the home exceeds many other builder in the area. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Misty, our sales agent, kept in frequent contact throughout the process and always made sure we were in the loop. Her communication was excellent and helped make everything feel smooth and stress-free.

Hunter, our construction manager, was equally impressive—he went above and beyond to meet our requests and was always quick to address any concerns we had. It was clear he truly cared about the quality of the home and our satisfaction.

Overall, it was a pleasure working with both Misty and Hunter. We’re so happy with our new home and grateful for their support along the way!

I recently worked with Normandy Homes on a new build construction home for my client, and the experience was great from start to finish. The construction process went smoothly and was completed even faster than expected, which was a nice surprise.

Misty, the sales representative, was fantastic—very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process.

The quality of the build was satisfactory, and the builder ensured my clients were fully satisfied with their new home. The community is beautiful and in a prime location, which only adds to the value.

We had a great experience with Normandy Homes from start to finish. The build quality is outstanding—the home is well-designed, thoughtfully laid out, and finished with attention to detail. The sales process was smooth, and Misty was an incredible support throughout. She was always available to answer questions, and even when we ran into some challenges with the preferred lender at the time, she stepped in to help us work through the issues. (It’s great to see Normandy has since changed lenders.)

After the purchase, our project manager Hunter was fantastic. He stayed on top of every detail, ensured strong quality control, and made sure we were always kept in the loop. Even after we moved in, he remained responsive and helpful—explaining how everything worked and making sure any final touch-ups were handled. He also went out of his way to keep me updated on the construction of the house next door, since I was having a pool installed and needed to coordinate completion before the neighboring home was wrapped up. His professionalism and steady communication made the entire process much easier.

We truly appreciate the entire Normandy team and couldn’t be happier with our new home!
