Over a year later, our trust has been completely broken. A full year of delays and unfulfilled promises has left our family with 91 unresolved defects, originally documented as 113 items.The list of issues is extensive and includes significant problems like [mention 2-3 specific, major issues, e.g., "poorly sealed walls, " "electrical problems, " "water intrusion, " or "foundation cracks"]. Instead of providing legitimate repairs, Lennar has exhibited a pattern of corner-cutting and negligence. The sub-contractors' work is low-quality, and the construction managers have repeatedly demonstrated a lack of competence.Attempts to work with the warranty team have been a cycle of frustration. We are met with excuses, ignored emails, and the constant shuffling of our case from one unhelpful representative to another. It's become clear that once Lennar receives its money, it no longer cares about the quality of its product or the satisfaction of its customers.Our family is currently suffering from a severely diminished quality of life due to the continuous disruptions and stress of living in an unfinished and defective home. To anyone considering a new Lennar build: Buyer beware. Do not be fooled by the model homes and sales pitches. Once the sale is finalized, you are on your own, and the company will take no accountability for the consequences of its poor workmanship. We deeply regret ever trusting Lennar with one of the most important purchases of our lives.
We purchased a home with Lennar homes. We had an issue with our garage door panel . They sent a nice older gentlemen to our (so we thought) but what he did not know was that we had the ring camera in our garage. As he was replacing the panel on our garage door he decides to take a tool out of my husband tool box and my husband saw him on the ring camera. I called our Lennar Rep and ask her to call the company and tell him to bring it back !! He returns and say it was a mistake !! We sent lennar the videos of him taking the tool and returning the tool . We was informed that he will be terminated !!! A few days ago we saw him working on our neighbors garage ... WOW !!! so this company knows he steals from homeowners and they send him out to others home. I am going to personally contact the police now and go walk my neighborhood to expose this foolishness. The company did not even call to apologize to us neither did Lennar homes who asked us to send them the video and did nothing !!!If you are in my community Anderson Farm the older gentleman steals !!! Lennar is fully aware I have sent them videos and he still works for the garage company ... BE CAREFUL !!!!
Moved into our new home a few weeks ago. No issues and community is nice and quiet
We purchased our home in May 2024. When I say NIGHTMARE!!! I mean exactly that!!! Our warranty rep Deanna has been great?? however that has been the only good thing we can see. Lennar Home Builders use trades that do care about their workmanship. We have 111 defects where they basically is taking the home apart and redoing, repairing and replacing things. What is most disturbing is everything that they have repaired!! Still was a defect on the inspection report ?? this builder has been in and out our home since July 2024 and we still are no closer to this house becoming a home! Every time we think it fixed the repairs fail and something else falls apart. I have had to use sick days and my pto days with no Compensation for Their screw up !!! We could not enjoy the house , Thanksgiving now Christmas ?? We haven’t even unpacked all of our things because of this nightmare. The house is truly a lemon house and you should be very careful before going with Lennar as your builder. What was suppose to be the best moments of our lives has turned into a nightmare Here is only 2% of an example of the work. EVERYTHING THEY FIX OR REPAIR ALWAYS HAS TO BE REDONE MORE THAN 3 times and it still is not fixed until this day 12/2024 . I am located in Maricopa AZ
