Amazing Experience. We interviewed several builders and found Southland Custom Homes was a perfect fit for us. Their attention to detail was impressive. Scott, our supervisor possessed an artistic eye which was pivotal during the building process when we wanted to customize the house. He was always conscious of our budget and always gave us options to consider so that we could make the most cost effective decisions for us.

We always felt confident that the house was in good hands and we were always being updated on the progress. We had nothing but a positive experience from the start to the finish. We built our dream home and we are very grateful for the professionalism displayed throughout the build.

When I started looking for a house. I stumbled across Southland Homes. We had a friend of the business recommended that we use them. They have tons of plans and you can customize them. We picked out one that worked for our budget and we got the ball rolling. Once we got through permits the build went quickly. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend anyone to check them out for their next house project. I love my house. From start to finish in 8 months.

I have been calling these people for weeks about building a home! No one returns calls and I even showed up at there place of business in Marietta 04-10 office was closed! How can you guys build homes when you can’t seem to talk to any of the staff! And I even left messages! Customer service should always be priority 1! As a consumer I’m not stalking any builder! Office in Marietta not open! I drove from Lithia springs ga! Arrived at 930am office hours are at 10am! No signs of any staff
