I bought my house from this builder in 2017. Recently, my light fixture was broken. I could not find a replacement anywhere. I bought a new ceiling light myself, and they kindly sent their handyman to install it for free. They also helped fill a gap between my kitchen countertop and wall at no cost. I was pleasantly surprised that, after so many years, they still helped me solve these problems.

I am very grateful. Their service is excellent. The house is well built, of high quality, and warm. I am very happy with this builder.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Construction Quality and Unprofessional Conduct – Esquire Builder

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I have had with Esquire Builder in relation to the purchase of our condominium unit.

Despite being charged for first-class construction and premium materials, the quality of both workmanship and materials used in the building is far below acceptable standards. The construction appears rushed and substandard, with clear signs of poor craftsmanship throughout the property. Fixtures, finishes, and fittings are of extremely poor quality and do not reflect the price point at which the unit was sold.

Additionally, the conduct of the on-site workers has been highly unprofessional. Many of them were rude, uncooperative, and lacked the basic courtesy expected in customer interactions. It appears that some of the workers may be associated with the builder on a personal level, raising concerns about the hiring practices and overall professionalism of the construction team.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. We expected to receive a quality product backed by responsible service, but unfortunately, our expectations have not been met. Given the significant investment involved, this situation is unacceptable.

I will not be recommending Esquire Builder to any of my friends or family members. I hope this complaint is taken seriously, and I urge the management to address these issues with the urgency and transparency they deserve.
