They will assure you they will take care of everything and you will not pay a mortgage until home is move in ready but this is not the case. Home was delivered without permission from the city or confirming availability of utilities. I am coming up on my second mortgage payment on a house I am not living in because of delays for utility connections. Neighboring lot purchased trailer from Titan Factory Direct and is not in the same situation because they did their due diligence.

My boyfriend and I worked with Mike, who was 10/10. I HIGHLY recommend this guy, he has done everything he could to help us, paved every way for us to get into something. And was so helpful to us. He answered every question, every concern, he made us feel so special in the first time buying a mobile home. And although it fell through due to the bank we will be back & will be using him again. I will forever recommend this place & Mike!
I didn't make it to the buying process, I had asked about coming in Sunday last week, and although this business is not normally open then, Saul had stated that he works Sundays and that I should come on in.When I made it into my appointment, I stated right off the bat that I was wanting to look at homes, but that I planned on doing my research first and wanted to look at the quality etc. of homes offered by Oak Creek. He stated that he "felt that his time was being wasted by me," because I wasn't looking into buying a home that day, and tried to make me feel bad that he was there on Father's day (although he had stated multiple times that he was going to be there anyway, and that he is there EVERY Sunday, which is the reason I went in the first place).The two star rating was due to the fact that he was at least very informational about any questions I had about manufactured homes, and was flexible on getting me in to an appointment.After this interaction, I am no longer interested in any further business with Oak Creek and will not be back.
John and his team were absolutely amazing. They took care of us during the entire home buying experience and stayed on top of everything. I could tell John wasn’t just trying to make sales; he really cared about us and our happiness. 5 stars, would definitely buy from John Madrid at Oak Creek Homes Midland again!
