Top notch builder who is professional from start to finish. Our home is well-built and on-time. The process was enjoyable and not stressful. We were relocating from across the state and Jennifer was very responsive to our many questions. The whole Mark Payne team made the experience one we would do all over again if we ever need to build another house.

Tried to purchase a Mark Payne home for over 2 weeks, with & without a realtor. Unfortunately, his office manager, Jennifer got upset with me because i decided to use a realtor. She had originally told me we would be under contract by no later than the following Monday. Monday I got a call yelling at me for using a realtor & let me know she was selling the house to someone else, I’m supposing they weren’t using a realtor. I’m very well aware Mark Payne builds a very nice quality home. However, may I suggest he re-evaluate his Office Manager, Jennifer Ramsay?? Thank you.
