We had WKL Homes refresh and modernize our 970 square foot second floor of our house in 5 weeks. The work included sanding and refinishing the existing hardwood floors from a reddish shiny hardwood to a matte birch colour. Remove popcorn ceilings, redo the ensuite and second shared bathroom were amongst the main items done.Jeff and the team at WKL homes provided an end-to-end one stop solution from design to demolition to construction. Excellent attention to detail and no ask was too small.We would use them again and highly recommend. See pictures for end result of the two bathrooms.
We are very pleased with our experience with Jeff and the WKL Homes team. We wanted to finish our basement for some time, and Jeff was able to come by and design something within our budget, and completed the project within the agreed time. Jeff was very professional, and he was able to work around our work schedule for major construction tasks. What we appreciated the most is that he took care of all aspects of working with other service professionals; from electrical work, to plumbing, even junk removal. The end result is a high quality, very modern finished basement that we are in love with.
