Ravensbrook Homes

We are a senioor couple who raised our family and lived the majority of our adult lives in Mississauga. Over those decades we had people build several homes for us and given all that entails one can imagine the ups and downs we experienced. Some time ago we were able to acquire a magnificent 10 acre lot on the Credit River and the golf course. This was our opportunity to build our dream home. But, who to trust with something so important to us! Through word of mouth and because of his reputation amongst the membership at Credit Valley Golf and Country Club, we were advised that Ron Muszinski of Ravensbrook Homes was our man. After vetting the company as best we could and hearing story after story abour the quality and reliability of the Ravensbrook product and workmanship, we took the plunge. We can absolutely guarantee that that decision was the best thing we ever did in our real estate lives. The entire project was a pleasure. The sub contractors seemed to be an extension of the owner. The workmanship was remarkable and promises were made with the clear understanding that they had to be kept. In the rare situation that deadlines could not be precisely met, the situations were explained with a levl of honesty that is rarely common. Many of the people who worked on our home became friends and are to this day. It is such a pleasure for us to tell you that if we had any sort of residential project to perform it would be very difficult for us to choose any company other than Ravensbrook Homes.

We recently completed a full basement renovation with Ravensbrook Homes, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the initial waterproofing, sump pump, and backflow valve installation to the full redesign, reframing, and stunning finishing work, every step was handled with care and expertise. Phil and Andrew, who led our project, were fantastic—professional, responsive, and genuinely great to work with. The tradespeople were skilled and respectful, and the project stayed on time and on budget thanks to excellent communication throughout. We’re absolutely thrilled with the final result and highly recommend Ravensbrook Homes—especially Phil and Andrew—for any renovation project!

After many Reno’s and contractors in our home over the years we finally can say with confidence that Ravensbrook homes is by far the best we have had and will use in future. From our first walk through with Phil and Andrew we knew we finally found a company that would treat our house like a home. Their trades people have been with them for years which was comforting. They were punctual, polite and very respectful of us living in our home while we had renovations.
