We are very pleased with our home from Infinity Homes. We chose the Magnolia floorplan and could not he happier. Nathan was extremely helpful during the planning process and we knew he was only a phone call away once we moved to the house building process. After a change in superintendents, we were extremely grateful and happy with Felipe. He is the MOST hands on superintendent and makes sure you are happy and satisfied with your build. 10/10 would recommend infinity homes, especially for how well built our home is.

This is our third home built by Infinity Homes, and we couldn’t be happier. For this build, we had the pleasure of working with Nathon, along with his amazing team, Garrett and Jon. Since this was our “forever home,” we wanted to combine everything we loved from our first two homes into the perfect design—and they helped us achieve exactly that.

Garrett guided us through all the selections—colors, flooring, tile, and countless change orders (because we kept changing our minds!), and he was patient and professional every step of the way. Jon, as superintendent, kept us informed on progress throughout the build and always took the time to answer our questions thoroughly. Both Jon and Garrett never made us feel rushed and treated us like their top priority.

Nathon himself was always available if we needed him, and he made us feel truly supported from beginning to end. Despite industry challenges with labor shortages, this team delivered an exceptional experience and a beautiful, high-quality home that stands above any other builder in the area.

We dreamed of building a home for years. We researched, talked to others, looked at reviews and decided on Infinity. We are almost a year into our house now. I gave Infinity grace for over a year now to make some things right. But a lot of things that need repair have not been repaired. Important things to us. So now I'm ready to speak on it. First, Nathan is very nice. Personable. Easy to work with. But he doesn't really follow up and stay on the others below him who are actually doing the work. We have dealt with 3 different superintendents in the process. We wanted to sub out and over see each part of our home being built. But we have kids. We both work. We did not have the time to over see the process. Which is why we chose Infinity to do it for us. But so much stuff has been over looked and brushed off We have been told things would be fixed or looked at. And then never have been. Or they send new people out to "fix" it. And they make it worse. Paint is all over my floor. It's splattered in places. The painters didn't put down drop cloths. Paint is where the trim meets the floor. Everywhere. The lines where the ceiling meet the wall are crooked. There are places where they didn't paint all the way down the trim. There are places where my floor doesn't meet the wall. The floor is peeling. The trim around the bathtub came loose because the bathtub wasn't anchored down. They came and "fixed" it but got glue and foam all over the floor. They came out multiple different times with multiple different crews to work in the drywall on the arch of our living room ceiling. No one could get the lines right. So I asked if they could make a fake beam. They did. They offered to paint it. Maybe stain it. But I declined because of the terrible paint all throughout the house. There is spray insulation foam on the glass doors of my fireplace. They sent someone to clean it. He used water and a sponge. I've scrubbed too. It does not come off. We've complained but we were brushed off. If I could go back in time I would not have chosen Infinity Homes. I paid $332,000 for this house... It should be perfect.

After several years of consideration, we finally moved forward with building a home. We were the first to build one of their new plans and we love it, and have received several compliments. I especially loved that it is a semi-custom process and they let you add your own touches as needed. We made two minor changes - making the laundry room larger and omitting a half bath we didn't need. We also went from a single front door to a double. Their homes are build to Fortified Standards which are wind and hurricane resistant, increase the homes value by up to 7%, and save up to 55% on your annual insurance premium.

Infinity Homes built our house and we just moved in! It is absolutely beautiful! They are quick and efficient. When we signed our contract they let us do our color appointment that afternoon! It only took them 4 months to complete our build. Our contractor was awesome with us even when we asked a lot of questions. I loved that Infinity offered so many trending features that are considered upgrades for other building companies. The quality is also amazing and the structure is solid. I’m am so thrilled with how everything turned out and I highly recommend using Infinity Homes!
