A competent and attentive team, still present several years after construction

We built our eco-friendly home with Belvedair, and what an incredible experience it was! Belvedair truly is one big family. Throughout the project, we met passionate, welcoming, friendly, helpful, and always available people. Every member of the team contributed to making our journey pleasant and straightforward. The collaboration was exceptional from start to finish.
Our home is custom-designed, eco-friendly, breathable, and promises minimal electricity consumption. Yes, the construction cost is higher initially, but in the long run, it's definitely worth it. It's more than just a treat!
Even after delivery, the service is impeccable. For minor adjustments or questions, they are always there to help. We are thrilled to be living in our new home, but we have to admit it's a little bittersweet: for almost two years, we were in constant contact with them. We can't wait to invite them for an open house weekend!
A huge thank you to the entire Belvedair team for this unique and deeply human experience.

Belvedair has made building my dream home, well, a dream!! My experience with Belvedair has been and continues to be exceptional. I have been doing business with Belvedair for a couple of years now, and they are on point in the offices. When I asked them to build my own dream home I came to realize that the excellent leaders at Belvedair have meticulously assembled professionals at every step of the process. From the design and estimation team to the boots on the construction site they have a well oiled machine. Have you seen the Google images for Belvedair? The images speak for themselves. You'd be hard-pressed to find a more qualified, meticulous and contractor to build your home. Worth EVERY PENNY. Wish I could give 6 stars.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does Belvedair’s ready-to-finish option differ from turnkey?
For turnkey delivery, Belvedair takes charge of the entire construction project. Ready-to-finish homes are handed over after drywall and jointing, with interior finishes such as floors and interior doors left for the customer.
Does Belvedair take on framing-only work?
No. It does not offer framing-only work; mechanical systems and exterior cladding are closely connected to the building envelope.
How long does planning and construction take?
Belvedair advises a minimum of two months for planning and four months to build a small home. Timing varies with the home and site.
Is Belvedair’s initial project analysis free?
The project-analysis phase is free, except for the site visit.
