Exceptional Engineer!! Daniel sent me videos for me to understand the different types of inspections & the questions I need to ask myself before deciding to correct a problem. he was extremely available and responsive to answer questions even during weekends. He did not try to sell me his services which he could have. he was very honest with his evaluation and he spent time with me on the phone and via emails and provided enlightening advices with courtesy and professionalism. I would glady hire him in the future. Truly an Engineer of exception who inspires trust and kindness.

We were very impressed with Mr Dargis and M. Mahmood. They were very responsive. We were able to get a very quick appointment and they were very thorough in understanding what we needed. They provided a highly competent evaluation, which was conducted quickly after the inspection. I would recommend their services without reservation.

I hired M. Dargis and M. Mahmood to inspect and produce a report on the cinder block foundation of my home, as one of the walls had significant fissuration. They neither underplayed the seriousness of the issue nor pushed us toward the most expensive options for mitigating it. Throughout I was impressed by their timeliness, communication, and frankness.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Dargis by phone on two occasions and exchanging emails regarding a concern raised by a home inspector, who reported major structural and leveling issues with our property. Mr. Dargis, with his extensive experience, professionalism, and practical approach, reviewed the information and photos I provided. He reassured me that the situation appeared to be typical maintenance expected for a home in Quebec and did not indicate any major structural concerns. His honest and transparent feedback was greatly appreciated, especially in contrast to the exaggerated assessment provided by the initial inspector. He also mentioned that if I ever needed a formal inspection and report, he would be happy to assist—further demonstrating that his priority is not to upsell services, but to offer sound, professional advice and guidance. Poor customer service skills. I was very excited to work with Daniel after seeing his fantastic reviews. From the moment Daniel picked up the phone he seemed uninterested and rude. He quoted us roughly 85,000$ + 7500$ of engineering plans to enlarge one (1) basement window. For reference the next highest estimate we had from a reputable company was 4,500$ for everything start to finish. He obviously did not want to take the job and made up a number so ridiculous we would not follow through. Hiring a secretary to take his calls might be a wise investment.
