First phase condos have wood siding warped and coming off. Over the door woodwork has come off over a couple of the first phase as well. These are not over two years old. 390 for an HOA with no place to park for your guest and trash all over inside the dumpster area. No amenities except an overly small pool.

Great homes, but if you have more than 2 cars, I wouldn’t recommend living here because they don’t have enough parking spots and will tow you if you’re not in a parking spot to their liking — it’s $400 to get your car back.
