Recent reviews are mixed. Positive comments mention knowledgeable and responsive sales contacts who help guide buyers through selections and questions. Critical feedback cites communication gaps, unclear pricing details with affiliated services, and follow-up or warranty coordination concerns. Experiences seem to vary by community and individual staff involvement.
Led me on for over a year when buying a property from me, then kept lying throughout the process to keep negotiating a lower cost (after originally discussing). Then finally cancelled the contract- I lost my woodland management designation and waisted thousands of dollars. Suing them would cost more so I did not.
These guys are horrible. They originally tried to get me to use their mortgage service, but the guys would not answer any of my questions regarding specific numbers/costs. Then, the original site foreman that did the walkthrough with me was just so unattentive (I feel like all of their employees are trained to be noncommittal, dishonest, and just push for signatures). My favorite memory of this idiot was when I pointed out loose/leftover nails on the portico, and he just grabbed a leaf blower (and blew the nails onto the front lawn!).The home that I wound up purchasing wound up having multiple issues (sadly, my home probably had some of the fewest issues of the homes within my neighborhood), and their so called "warranty" department is a joke (shoutout to Ryan Zenz here - unresponsive and extremely unhelpful throughout). The best thing I ever did was to sell my house, first chance that I got. If you're considering purchasing new construction, stay away from these guys. They have idiots for foremen, use absolutley subpar sub contractors, and have horrible customer service.
Patty was extremely knowledgeable. She shared her expertise with us as well as assisting us in purchasing our new home.
The work that the paint repairer did not complete is not repaired because of the trouble. The company needs to identify the work. The customer is responsible for the subsequent warranty work,Find out if it is under warranty
I can’t say enough great things about Brooke Green! She is truly the Online Sales Consultant of the Year—dedicated, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. From start to finish, she will make the entire process seamless and stress-free. Her attention to detail, quick responses, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction set her apart from the rest. Highly recommend!
