We recently moved into a house built by Bolder homes and we are thrilled with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. We searched for years for the right "next house" and finally found found it. We purchased the house while it was still under construction (just as the COVID pandemic was beginning). It was originally built to be a spec house, but given the stage we purchased, we were able to customize and upgrade many of the finishings. In the end, the house is truly our dream house and feels completely custom.Sukey was a pleasure to work with throughout the build process. Perhaps more important, he has remained responsive and helpful after moving in. He is professional, responsive, and reasonable. He was honest with pricing on upgrades and we encountered no bad surprises- which is quite a feat when dealing with any sort of construction or renovation work. If anything, Sukey was generous with what he included in our purchase price- upgraded landscaping, lighting fixtures, tiles, etc. Building a new home in a pandemic could have been fraught with uncertainty and delays but Bolder Homes did a commendable job of keeping everything on track.

I can honestly say this was the most trouble-free and hassle-free experience I have ever had with a builder. He would disappear and often have several excuses when our project was over budged and overdue.With Bolder homes I found what I had been missing; Sukey kept me fully involved every step of the way. He regularly sent me photos showing the progress and kept me informed of all the details. He employed great tradesmen for our house from the framers to the landscapers. The quality experience extends to his entire team that helped finish our dream home. All the regulations, permits, building codes and inspection work were completed with zero headaches. I was extremely pleased that the project stuck as close as possible to our timeline from start to finish without going over budget. Working with Sukey on the build of our new home has been a blessing, within 15 months we were living in our dream home in North Vancouver. He is professional, accountable, and built our home with the highest standards and quality materials. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the build and helped incorporate many modern features into our custom home. I appreciated his desire to ensure our home was built with LEED certification. I have gotten several of complements from friends and family who say our house should be featured in a magazine and on a TV Show.
