Project manager Seth was great. HOA is a scam. We had difficulties with getting our mail service set up, did not receive mail until 10 months after move in. HOA, which is controlled by the builder, is charging us late fees for a bill we never received. Upon appeal, they denied it while the fees increased due to waiting on the appeal.
