House to Home did an excellent remodel of our condo. The job was completed well within budget and on time. Chris had many creative suggestions and exhibited an excellent knowledge of what could and could not be done in our building. His crew were professional and skill in their jobs. They created a space where we feel truly ‘at home’.

Chris is the only builder I would use. He built our modern home and he did an exceptional job. Honestly we are so impressed with the quality of the trades people he used and with his attention to detail. He takes every aspect of the build seriously and treats the build as if it his own home. Building a home is a very stressful but an exciting process. There were many moments when we doubted a choice or decision but Chris was always there to guide us and offer his honest and expert advice. To put it simply - he has experience, foresight and design sense. Honestly we felt like we had a builder, designer and a caring person throughout this process. I highly recommend House to Home Fine Construction. As an interior designer, I have worked with Chris on both client homes, and my own home. Chris and his team completed a renovation in my home that included main living spaces, a bathroom, laundry room, and a new staircase. Chris is personable, responsive, and professional. He and his team are all courteous and complete their work to the highest standards. Their attention to detail is unmatched. All of the trades and sub-trades were professional and very tidy. I recommend him to all of my clients and plan to work with him again on future personal projects.

Before we hired Chris to build our new home, we interviewed several building contractors. We decided to go with his company because of his knowledge, experience and mainly because of his 'can do' attitude. We were very happy with our choice. Any issue that arose was quickly solved with determination and the best option chosen. During the construction process we were impressed with Chris's attention to detail, positive problem solving ability and a hands-on approach to the project. He was always available on site and answering our questions and juggling schedules as necessary. The work progressed on time, the only small delays were due to severe weather and even then, his contractors were willing to work hard in very low temperatures in order to get the job done. Chris works closely with the subcontractors he trusts and is able to bring them to the job when needed, without delays. He was flexible when we asked for changes and made helpful suggestions which saved us money and made the final result look great. Chris is also readiliy available to answer questions after the construction is finished which reduces the stress of moving into a new home.
