We were slightly over the original timeline due to delivery delays for items we personally ordered.Rosanna and Jordan were extremely patient as we made a dozen or more changes to our selections (flooring, paint, slab), resulting in multiple change orders. Thankfully, the Pine Glen team is exceptionally reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented. The end result was better than what we originally envisioned. Renan and Jordan were also proactive—they not only executed the work but also provided thoughtful, constructive solutions throughout the project.After the final inspection, Pine Glen promptly addressed minor deficiencies. They followed up after we moved in to ensure everything was working well, which really speaks to their accountability and commitment to quality.
