Eddie and Renato oriented us to their process and put together a clear renovation scope of work and timeline. Rosanna and Jordan introduced us to various trade partners and vendors. They were diligent in following up on all our product selections and the estimation process. Renan orchestrated and organized the various teams of trades to ensure the project was on track. We were kept abreast of changes and anticipated delays from start to finish. Renan facilitated communication seamlessly so the trades understood our expectations. We were slightly over the original timeline due to delivery delays for items we personally ordered. Rosanna and Jordan were extremely patient as we made a dozen or more changes to our selections (flooring, paint, slab), resulting in multiple change orders. Thankfully, the Pine Glen team is exceptionally reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented. The end result was better than what we originally envisioned. Renan and Jordan were also proactive—they not only executed the work but also provided thoughtful, constructive solutions throughout the project. After the final inspection, Pine Glen promptly addressed minor deficiencies. They followed up after we moved in to ensure everything was working well, which really speaks to their accountability and commitment to quality. We are glad we made the right decision to have Pine Glen redesign our new home. Building a custom can be a daunting process with so many decisions to be made, from size of the home, to the architectural design, construction, finishing, closing and post closing, and a lot of people that go through this process have a number of negative experiences along the way. Usually, that’s when people have negative experiences because the builder typically moves on and you are no longer a priority. However, Pine Glen actually ensured that every single issue I raised (no matter how small) was promptly dealt with. My expectations were very high going into this project but I have to say that they were all exceeded especially in terms of budget, timeline and quality. By the end of the project, I can honestly say my relationship with the owners of Pine Glen evolved from Builder-Client to Trusted Friends and I’ll highly recommend them for any custom home development project.
