I can't say enough positive things about Rob Ruso and his team. They managed our project from start to finish with professionalism and expertise. All the trades that work with them did amazing work and all met the tight deadline we had set for our build, working weekends and late into the evenings to ensure all the work was done properly. I would not hesitate to work with Rob again!

We have now been living in the home Ruso Development built 6.5 years ago, and are very happy with both the build and any issues that arose since completion. When we started to plan we wanted a company that was not too large that we would become just another build amongst many houses that the company was building at the time and one that was not too small that they were inexperienced. From the start Rob (the owner) was hands on and was very clear and detailed with the plans and timeline. Being cognisant and aware of runaway timelines, Rob insisted that if we met his timelines on making decisions on design/features/etc, he would deliver on time, which he did. From start to finish we were living in our home in 10 months. You never get 100% perfection on a new build but we were very happy with the final product. When minor issues due to a new build presented after a year or two, Ruso Development came and dealt with them without issue. Both my wife and I would strongly recommend Ruso Development to anyone looking to build a custom home.

Rob, Vincent and the entire Ruso Development Team are top notch. They are reliable, flexible and complete work on time and with precision. We were always kept informed as to when the trades were entering the home and Vincent was there to meet and deal with them, we were never disappointed.
