Went to Palm Harbor in Seminole Texas. 775 credit score and put 10k down. Right away received 5 pre approval’s. They couldn’t get me to closing because they didn’t know how to present 1099 taxes to the mortgage lenders. Drug me along for 2 months and took almost another month for them to give my 10k back. All the while they would take days to answer a simple text message. Eventually was denied. Went straight to Lorena at Titan in Odessa. She said this is easy. Sat there and got on the phone with one of the same companies that had denied me and explained my income. In 10 minutes in her office they said go forward and we will approve. In 3 weeks time we closed on a bigger and better custom built home! I highly suggest them!

Being that we were just driving by and heading back home to El Paso, we stopped by because a couple of homes caught our eye. Glad we did because we met Lorena Cueto and she truly gave us her best.
