Casa Verde Construction

We worked with Casa Verde to build our custom dream home, and from day one, the experience was outstanding. The entire team was supportive, professional, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. Oliver, our project manager, was truly exceptional - always available, patient, and incredibly attentive to every detail. He coordinated seamlessly with Hobin Architecture and 2H Interior Design. The craftsmanship and quality exceeded our expectations, and the project was delivered right on time. We highly recommend Casa Verde Construction - they’re a trustworthy, talented team that truly cares about the people they work with. Pascale & Louis

As a recent client, I am overwhelmingly impressed with their exceptional services, expertise, and dedication to building exceptional homes. From the very beginning of the design process, Casa Verde Construction made a profound difference for me. Their attentive team of professionals actively listened to my requirements and translated my vision into a meticulously detailed plan. I built two homes with Casa Verde Construction in 2018-2019. My whole experience, from the planning phase through the entire build process and even post completion, could not have been better. The communication with Paul and his team was always timely and clear. Paul expertly managed my project and guided me through each decision (there were many!) with sound advice, and was always respectful of my opinion. He was on top of the budget and looked for ways to save without compromising the look and quality of my build; and on the flip side, if I was going over budget on something, he ensured it was something that was worth putting a bit of extra money into. His team of carpenters are highly skilled, professional, and genuinely good, kind human beings! I was closely involved in the build and really enjoyed getting to know the Casa Verde employees. Additionally, all the subcontractors - the electrician, plumber, framers, etc - were extremely competent, efficient, skillful people. I had complete confidence in every step of the project that my homes were going to be of the highest standard. My project was finished on time and I could not be happier with the final product. Paul has also been very responsive to any post-construction touch-ups. I highly recommend Casa Verde Construction to anyone looking to build a quality, high-end, custom home. Paul masterfully oversaw every aspect of construction and is a pleasure to work with.

Casa Verde was by far the best choice for our home renovation. We could not have been happier with the process, timing and exceptional quality of work. From the very beginning, Paul and his incredibly talented team provided us with the necessary guidance to make appropriate decisions along the way, offering flexibility while respecting our rather tight timeline and scope of work. Paul was always available for walkthroughs and discussion, ultimately transforming our traditional home into a beautiful modern space, perfect for our growing family. The attention to detail, prompt responses, educated advice and recommendations provided immense comfort and made the overall experience extremely enjoyable. We would highly recommend Casa Verde to anyone who wants to work with an extremely experienced builder who really will exceed your expectations delivering the home you always dreamed of.
