We are extremely happy in our new home & with Park View as a company. The level of communication, attention to detail, layout and overall feel exceeded our expectations!

The workmanship and attention to detail and finishings of my house are the best I’ve seen and far superior to other popular builders I have purchased from in the past. Parkview takes such pride in their homes and are genuinely dedicated to ensuring the buyer is happy. I like that it is turnkey with appliances and even eavestroughing and a garage door opener included. The design is extremely practical and also very pleasing. A super house. Thanks you!

I love my new two storey Park View townhome! From the moment I toured their model 2 storey townhome in Merrickville Grove Towns, I was captivated by the beautiful light throughout (so many lovely windows!) And the design itself is so well thought-out! I am so pleased to have space on different levels which allows various uses of the rooms (love my art studio and guest bedroom on the 2nd floor, and huge office on the lowest level). My master bedroom (top floor) is beautiful, spacious and bright, with a beautiful view, and the walk-in shower is exactly what I wanted. Plus I also love have my huge walk-in closet and laundry room on this floor. Furthermore, the Park View team have been wonderful to deal with throughout the whole purchase and move-in process; I recommend them highly. Hilary S.

My husband and I recently moved into our new Park View home in Merrickville. After touring many other houses, we fell in love with our now home. The Park View team is always quick to respond and took even the smallest issues seriously. Beyond that, they are super friendly! We often pass by members of the PV team on our walks and they always say hi and know us by name. The attention to detail in our home and the Park View team have made us feel confident with purchasing our first home!

We have been thoroughly impressed with Park View Homes from the minute we dealt with them. They have been professional on all fronts, always friendly and accommodating, and the customer service and response time is impeccable. We have felt well taken care of and are comfortable knowing that they will be available for anything that may come up, should we need them. I would highly recommend Park View Homes to anyone looking for a new home.
