Very dangerous driver. Almost crashed into me and drove off the road in order to pass on the right on the highway. Bet they rush their jobs to a dangerous degree too.
After one year since I purchased this 2 million dollar home.Very low quality heating systemhad to be replaced 10000.00.Air conditioners are too small to cool house properly need to buy bigger air conditioner.Located several gas leaks in crawl space ( SCARY).Electrical panel had burnt wires from not being properly tightened ( VERY DANGEROUS CLOSE TO HAVING A FIRE).The house is still settling creaking and noises especially at night very noticeable.I could go on but you get the message,DO NOT GET A HOUSE BUILT BY THIS COMPANY.Yes you built this house I am the 2nd owner my name is ROGER GRYPUIK,126 AVERY PL.,we spent over 30,000 on repairs/upgrades, NOT HAPPY GUY.
We bought a Brentview property and are completely thrilled. The quality and style finish is excellent and the team are amazing. They have been very responsive to any questions we've had and provided an excellent welcome package. Would definitely buy from them again.
