Homebuyers describe being happy with their new homes, and two praise responsive or helpful support during upgrades or when minor issues came up. One homeowner said an in-warranty request was declined as outside coverage and a later request about loose cabinets and a broken bathroom towel hanger was not addressed after the warranty expired. A neighbour of a development also complained about rude conduct by the owner and some contractors.

I own a home build by them. They used very poor quality blinds, cabinets, bathroom towel hanger etc. Reached out to them for the same issue within warranty periods and they did not take my request, saying their warranty does not cover it. Reached out to them also 1 month after warranty expired, regarding lose cabinets and broken towels hanger in bathroom, and they did not entertain either saying my warranty is expired. I will think twice before buying a house from them, because they use poor quality product it seems.

We moved into a new Westwood Home in October of 2020, and we have been very happy with our purchase. We worked with Lindsay and Allison on the upgrades, and they were responsive and accommodating throughout the process. 2 years into living in our new home, we are happy to say that we love our home more now than when we first moved in. I highly recommend this builder-- the quality is top notch.

I am a person that is particular about quality, and these days that is hard to find. With a lot of experience in the construction industry, I am constantly baffled by the quality I see. West Wood Homes has that figured out. Highly recommend using them has a builder.

We live next to one of their developments. Not only was the owner really unprofessional and rude but about 50% of their contractors are too. They also work before and past the allowed hours of work and they also work Sundays when there is no construction allowed.

Happy customer. We bought a new construction home from Westwood and we’re very happy with the home. Overall they used great subcontractors and those who weren’t they no longer are working with. With all new home there are going to be some minor issues but they were responsive. Allison was our contact there and she was always very helpful. She was reliable and accountable.
